We are happy to talk to people who have land or large premises which are under utilised, tired or even derelict and could be used for other purposes, but perhaps you don't have the time or inclination to develop the asset, to maximise the return on your own.If the building is converted into apartments sometimes this can enable you to live in one of the completed units, in comfort and without the problems you had before. We work very closely with a design team, engineers and surveyors, solicitors and accountants to give you the complete package without the stress.
